Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TELETIES as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused TELETIES in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
