How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your accessories sooner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How do I shrink my TELETIES back to their original size?
If your TELETIES stretch out over time, simply place them in a bowl of warm water or use a blow dryer on high heat for a few seconds. They will shrink back to their original shape and strength.
